Onsite Support:
90% of the work performed by CMCS is done onsite with as little disruption to your company as possible. Our response time will vary for onsite support, but we strive to have your problems fixed within 24 hours.

Emergencies are handled on a priority bases, and will usually be handled the same day.

Large projects, such as server installations, are done by appointment. These jobs are given special priority as to not disrupt your workflow and can be scheduled to take place overnight and on weekends.
